In this fun, hands-on class, students will design and create two decorative fused glass garden stakes inspired by nature. Choose to make flowers, birds, insects, or other whimsical garden creatures using colorful glass pieces, frit, and stringers. You’ll learn the basics of glass cutting, layering, and design while creating unique pieces that reflect your personal style. Once fired in the kiln, your finished glass designs will be securely attached to a metal or glass rod, making them perfect for brightening up garden beds, planters, or outdoor spaces. No prior glass experience is needed. This class is ideal for beginners and creative makers alike.
